SOLUTION
National emergency can be declared by the President under Article 352 of the Constitution on the grounds of war, external aggression and armed rebellion. The President is empowered to suspend Fundamental rights and their enforcement except Article 20 and 21. Article 19 can be suspended only on the ground d of war and external aggression. The President can give certain directions to center in exercising the function of state. The Life of Lok Sabha and State Legislature can be extended beyond normal term of five years but one year at a time.
