Let the angles be $x$ and $9x$
Sum of complementary angles is $90^{ \circ }$
$\Rightarrow x+9x={ 90 }^{ \circ }\\ \Rightarrow 10x=9{ 0 }^{ \circ }\\ \Rightarrow x=9^{ \circ }$
So the angles are
$1\times 9^{ \circ }=9^{ \circ }\\ 9\times 9^{ \circ }=81^{ \circ }$
