# The difference of two complementary angles is $30^o$. Then, the angles are

$60^o, 30^o$

##### SOLUTION
Option (a) is correct.
Let the $x$ and $y$ are the angles
$x+y=90^o$ ....(1) [ Complementary angle]
$x-y=30^o$    ....(2) [ given ]
By addition of both equations, we get
$\Rightarrow 2x=120^o$
$\Rightarrow x=\dfrac{120^o}{2}$
$\Rightarrow x=60^o$
Putting the value of $x$ in equation $1$, we get
$\Rightarrow 60+y=90^o$
$\Rightarrow y=90^o -60^o$
$\Rightarrow y=30^o$
Therefore, the required angles are $30$ and $60$ degrees.
