# In the figure given above, $PQ$ is parallel to $RS$. What is the angle between the lines $PQ$ and $LM$?

Given: $PQ \parallel RS$
since, $PQ \parallel RS$
By applying alternate
angle property
$\angle PQR = \angle QRS = 55^o$       ...(1)
and $\angle MLR + \angle SRL = 180^o$
Therefore, $LM \parallel RS$     ...(2)
(sum of interior angle property)
Therefore, from eq.
(1) and (2)
$PQ \parallel LM$
Therefore, from sum of interior angle property
the angle between the lines $PQ$ and $LM = 180^o$
