SOLUTION
$$\angle A+\angle B={ 90 }^{ \circ  }\\ \angle B={ 90 }^{ \circ  }-\angle A$$
$$\cot { B } =\dfrac { 3 }{ 4 } \\ \cot { \left( { 90 }^{ \circ  }-\angle A \right)  } =\dfrac { 3 }{ 4 } \\ \tan { A } =\dfrac { 3 }{ 4 } $$
