# If an angle measures $10^{0}$ more than its complement, then the measure of the angle is

$50^{0}$

##### SOLUTION
$x-(90-x)=10$
$x-90+x=10$
$2x=100$
$x=50^o$
If one angle measures $10^{0}$ more than its complement, then measure of the angle = $50^{0}$
$(\because 50^{0}+40^{0}=90^{0})$
