If $A, B, C$ are three points on a line and $B$ lies between $A$ and $C$, then prove that $AC - AB = BC$

SOLUTION
Given $B$ is a point which lies on the line $AC$
$\therefore$ From Euclid's postulate,
$AB+BC=AC$
$\Rightarrow{AC-AB=BC}$
Hence, proved.
