# Find the value of $x$ in each of the following figures ?

##### SOLUTION

The interior angle of angle a =180°-110°=70°
the interior angle of angle b=180°-120°=60°
the sum of the angles of a triangle is 180°
70°+60°+x°=180°
130°+x°=180°
x°=50°
therefore x =50°.
