# Find the slope of the line $x - y + 7 = 0$.

##### SOLUTION
$x - y + 7 = 0$
$x+7=y$
$y=x+7$ (1)
Comparing  (1) with $y=mx+c$
$m=1$
Hence the slope is $1$
